We help UK businesses explore commercial and business finance options and, where appropriate, introduce enquiries to finance providers from our available panel. Information we collect
We may collect: (a) identity and contact details (name, email, phone, job title); (b) business information (company name, company number, sector, turnover, trading history, funding purpose and amount); (c) information you provide in forms, by email, by phone, or through partner and client portals; (d) referral and attribution data when you arrive via a partner link; (e) consent records (privacy, marketing and contact preferences); (f) technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited when you use our website; and (g) documents you upload where a portal or secure link is provided.
How we use your information
We use personal information to: respond to enquiries and contact form submissions; assess and progress funding applications; communicate with applicants, partners and clients about case status; record and demonstrate consent; introduce cases to finance providers where appropriate; manage partner referral programmes and fee arrangements; send transactional emails (confirmations, document requests, status updates); improve our website and services; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing your information
We may share information with: finance providers and their groups when introducing or progressing an application (only with appropriate consent or authority where required); our principal firm and compliance network (Moorgate Finance Limited); HubSpot and other CRM/service providers that help us manage enquiries; email delivery providers (Resend); analytics providers where you have consented to analytics cookies (PostHog); cloud hosting providers; professional advisers; and regulators or law enforcement when required by law. Processors act on our instructions under appropriate agreements.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, UK International Data Transfer Agreements, or equivalent protections.
Retention
